1. About TallyTogether

TallyTogether is a real-time group counter app operated by Loki Labs, based in the Netherlands. The app allows users to create shared counting rooms that others can join as counters or viewers.

2. Using the App

No registration is required. The app assigns an anonymous identifier automatically. By using TallyTogether, you agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• Abusing or spamming the service
• Uploading or sharing illegal content
• Disrupting other users' sessions

3. Rooms and Data

Rooms automatically expire after 7 days of inactivity. You are responsible for the content of rooms you create.

4. Pro Subscription

Pro features are available via an in-app subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please note:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for the current billing period.
• Manage your subscription via your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

TallyTogether is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Loki Labs is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TallyTogether after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
